Senior pictures in Shreveport-Bossier
Senior pictures end up on graduation announcements, the yearbook, the party table and your grandmother's wall. Here's how to plan them so you get variety, not twenty versions of the same school portrait.
When to book
- Class of 2027: January through April 2027 works for announcements and graduation parties. Check your school's yearbook deadline first; some are in the fall or winter.
- Class of 2028: June through October 2027, the summer before senior year, is the usual window.
Spring weekends fill first. If you want an outdoor spot with flowers or green trees, ask early.
Sessions and prices
| Session | What's included | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Senior Signature | 90 minutes: studio, then one outdoor spot nearby. 3–4 outfits, including cap and gown, a sports uniform or a band look. 40 edited images | $350 |
| Senior Studio | 45 minutes in the studio, 2 outfits, a clean headshot for the yearbook and announcements, 20 edited images | $225 |
A $50 non-refundable deposit holds your date and comes off the total. Extra outfits are $35. Galleries are delivered within 2 weeks. All prices include tax. Military families get 10% off.
Most seniors are happier with Signature. The studio gives you clean, classic portraits, and the outdoor spot gives you the relaxed photos people actually post.
Planning your outfits
- The classic: something you'd wear to a nice dinner. This is the announcement photo.
- The everyday you: your favorite jeans, jacket or sneakers.
- The activity: letterman jacket, sports uniform, instrument, JROTC uniform, art supplies, your truck.
- Cap and gown if you have them by the session date.
Bring outfits on hangers, steamed. Solid colors work best in the studio. Avoid big logos you wouldn't want in a framed print.
Studio first, then outside
We start in my indoor studio in Bossier City with a gray backdrop and a painterly one. Then we drive to one outdoor spot in Shreveport-Bossier with good shade and a background that fits you. Some gardens and campuses need permission for photos, so I check before we pick a place.
For parents
If your senior is under 18, you sign the booking form. I only post a senior's photos on my site or social media with a signed model release, and saying no changes nothing about the session. You're welcome to stay for the whole session.
I'm a new studio, so you won't find years of reviews yet. What you will find is a clear price, a written policy and a gallery delivered on time.
Book your senior session
Tell me your school, graduation year and how many outfits you're thinking about. I reply within one day. A $50 deposit holds your date, and a parent signs the booking form for seniors under 18.
